Visit one of the oldest and most protected national parks in the Caribbean. Cahuita National Park is home of pristine beaches, lush rainforests, and coral reefs, making it a must visit for all tourists of Costa Rica. Your journey begins with a pick up from your hotel in Puerto Viejo or the surrounding areas for the 20 minute trip to Kelly Creek ranger station – the closest entrance to Cahuita town. From here, your professional nature guide will transport you through the national park while keeping a close eye out of the abundancy of wildlife that live here. On any given day, you can see sloths, monkeys, snakes, racoons, agoutis, toucans, and so much more! After hiking for some time (2 miles) and learning about the unique natural history of the park, your guide will take you back to the entrance where you can bathe in a beautiful waterfall and enjoy a delicious snack, after which you will be transported back to your accommodation where your tour will conclude.
Round trip pick up and drop offs are available from your accommodation Puerto Viejo and the surrounding areas at no additional fee. Please advise your accommodation upon booking this tour.
Pick up instructions will be arranged by our reservation team.
